Because I am taking my own advice to heart right along with you, and because I am a very visual person, I have created a food board of my style of eating. These boards are just starters, and I will probably find a way to put better ones together, but the first includes all of the foods that I will eat for the rest of my life as I know it. And the next board includes all the ways I enjoy staying fit and keeping my body moving.
